It all started one day about a decade back, when I was walking with one of my closest and dearest friends Tim.  There was this massive bank building  just looming over us. We sat around throwing our own thoughts off the pavement on what was really going on inside the confines of that building. People getting loans, people getting denied loans, overdrafts, corporate suits, cigars and laughter! That’s when Tim said “my friend that’s some upper branch management, we’re Lower Branch Management.” The name Lower Branch stuck with us and our crew for over a decade plus. Tim was an artist of many forms and at 6 foot 6 inches cast a pretty big shadow in more ways than one. A peaceful warrior, Tim was a giver. Unfortunately Tim passed away Jan 3rd 2010.

Lower Branch is a web site to promote artists and help unknown artists step out and get some pub. Sell some T-shirts, sell some prints and if we’re lucky feed some needy people and save some art programs along the way. “Art is Life and Life is Art”. We here at Lower Branch believe in all types of art and expression as did Tim! Look for the “Lower Branch Artists for Humans” line of shirts coming soon with proceeds benefiting local food banks! This is just the beginning we can all do great things if we just get off our ass and try.
